DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. SHIPPING REGIONS & COSTS

1.1. Switzerland :

- Standard shipping is free for all orders.
1.2. European Union (EU) :

- Delivery is available for 60€ and a supplement for express delivery is available for 100€.

1.2. Worldwide Shipping (Outside Switzerland & EU):

- International shipping is available for an additional fee, which varies depending on the destination.

2.1. All jewelry is made to order and takes approximately 4 weeks for production.

2.2. Once production is complete and full payment is received, the order will be shipped.

2.3. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Switzerland & EU: 3-7 business days

- Worldwide: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

2.4. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen delays.

3.1. For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3.2. Arevik Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure availability for delivery.

5.1. Ownership of the product and risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5.2. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
