1. INTRODUCTION
These Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Arevik Jewellery Sarl (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, authorized retailers, or any other sales channels. By placing an order, you (“customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
2.1. All Arevik Jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Production takes approximately 4 weeks before shipment.
2.2. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, slight variations from product images may occur.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
2.4. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may cancel orders if an item cannot be produced.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
3.1. Orders are confirmed only after receiving either :
- A 60% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 40% due before shipment, OR
- Full payment at the time of purchase.
3.2. Production begins after we receive the initial deposit or full payment.
3.3. Orders must be paid in EUR, and we accept payments via credit/debit card, GooglePay, ApplePay and other approved methods.
3.4. As our jewelry is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final, and the deposit is non-refundable.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1. We offer worldwide shipping, subject to availability in your region.
4.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.
4.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
4.4. Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon delivery.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGES
5.1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
5.2. Customized or engraved items are non-refundable.
5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned item.
6. REPAIRS
6.1. Repair services may be available at an additional cost.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All designs, trademarks, and content on our website are the exclusive property of Arevik Jewellery Sarl.
7.2. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. Arevik Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the courts of Switzerland.
